Witam... Moj problem polega na tym, ze komputer wylacza sie tylko podczas grania w gry o duzych wymaganiach. W Zaleznosci od tego jaka gra tym dluzej lub krocej moge pograc, czasem 4 minuty a czasem 90minut. Komputer wylacza sie i zeby ponownie go wlaczyc musze odlaczyc go od zasilania odczekac okolo 4 min. Innaczej sie nie wlaczy. Nie podkrecalem w zaden sposob komputera. Komputer jest nowy kupiony na internecie (od firmy komputerowej). Zadzwonilem tam dogadalem sie z nimi byli pewni, ze wina pochodzi od zasilacza wiec przyslali mi nowy taki sam zasilacz. Gdy go wmontowalem problem nie ustapil. Zalezy mi na tym by nie odsylac im komputera. Sprawdzone zostaly wszystkie temperatury roznymi programami przezemnie jak i przez fachowcow - zadna z temperatur nie jest za wysoka. Nawet podczas grania przed samym wylaczeniem komputera temp. procka, k.graficznej i dysku sa ok. Sprawdzalem sterowniki k.graficznej od starych po najnowsze i problem nie ustapil, jedynie przy niektorych sterownikach komputer pochodzil troszke dluzej. Za pozwoleniem firmy komputerowej serwis w moim miescie sprawdzil moj komputer okazalo sie, ze kazda czesc osobno dziala (nic nie jest popsute). Test najnowszym 3dMarkiem przechodzi bez blednie (podczas testu 3dmarkiem komp. sie nie wylacza). Gdy zmniejszam rozdzielczosc w grach z 1920/1080 na nizsze niektore gry chodza o wiele dluzej. Po tych wszystkich walkach kombinowalem dalej, wszedlem w sterowniki Radka obnizylem mghz GPU clock z 1050 do 950 a memory clock z 950 do 900 i gry zaczely chodzic dluzej ale dalej sie wylaczal wiec zmniejszylem o ponad 200 mghz i teraz gry nie wylaczaja sie nawet po 2 godzinach (ale nie wiem co by sie dzialo po 4 godzinach) boje sie jednak, ze gdy zainstaluje gre o ogromnych wymaganiach problem moze znow sie pojawic a bardziej obnizyc sie mghz juz nie da. Pozatym dlaczego musze obnizac wydajnosc komputera (zaplacilem za niego ogromne pieniadze). Jesli ktos ma jakies pomysly prosze o wsparcie z gory dziekuje i pozdrawiam...

Skoro wszyscy wszystko sprawdzili, to albo nie są zbyt mądrzy, albo wina jest po stronie softwarowej, może gości u Ciebie jakiś wirus lub należy ponownie wykonać instalację systemu. A poza tym to firma w której go kupiłeś musi Ci dać sprawny sprzęt...

zalezy mi na tym by nie odsylac sprzetu poniewaz dlugo sie na niego czeka a ja potrzebuje go (aktualnie pisze prace licencjacka).

Jeśli masz komputer podpięty pod listwę to przepnij go bezpośrednio pod gniazdko. Miałem podobny problem z komputerem podczas grania w nowsze gry. Okazało się ze stara listwa jest strzelona i trzeba kupić nową - wydatek ok 70 zł. Po tym komputer nie wyłącza się

System jest nowy i sprawdzany nie ma virusow. Nie mam listwy tylko taka mocna zlodziejke. Komputer podpiolem do normalnego gniazdka na samym poczatku (tez tak myslalem) dalej sie wylczal. jeszcze jakies pomysly? byl bym wdzieczny..

Ja bym jednak proponował sprawdzić jeszcze raz temperatury w stresie karty graficznej , procesora i dysku twardego i prosze nam wstawić screen z wynikami , oczywiście proszę o zwiększenie mghz do tego poziomu w jakim pojawiał się problem .Śmie twierdzić że jednak któryś z układów się przegrzewa ponieważ przemawia przez to fakt że jak komputer się wyłącza to tak jak piszesz możesz go dopiero włączyć po 4 minutach , a to oznacza że przez 4 minuty któraś z temperatur się obniża i dopiero ten przegrzewający się układ pozwala na uruchomienie sprzętu po ostygnięciu.
Druga myśl jaka mi się nasuwa to ta że możliwe że masz ustawione zabezpieczenie przed przegrzaniem , gdzie ustawione jest na za niską temperature zabezpieczającą sprzęt przed przegrzaniem.Zazwyczaj jest tak że jeżeli temperatura osiąga temperature ustawioną w zabezpieczeniu to wydobywa się dżwięk z głośnika systemowego , ale w tym przypadku może być inaczej i komputer się wyłącza , warto to sprawdzić.

hm... dales mi do myslenia Jesli juz sie przegrzewa to procesor. Przypomnialem sobie, ze w stresie (podczas gry) przed samym wylaczeniem osiagal okolo 68'C - 69'C . Mozliwe ze wylacza sie przy 70'C. W biosie cos tam mialem ustawione, ze cpu jakis tam alarm i bylo od 70'C do 90'C ale nie kapowalem i nic tam nie przestawialem. Zreszta dzis czytalem na stronie tego mojego procka, ze bezpieczna jego max. temperatura to 62'C. Czytalem tez gdzies na forum, ze ktos ma taki sam procek jak ja tez boxowany i po podkreceniu jego procek osiaga 68'C przy jakims max. obciazeniu. Chce jeszcze dodac, ze gdy wlaczam gre wiatrak od procka tak halasuje, ze nie da sie ogladac obok tv tych Rpm (czy jak to sie nayzwa osiaga okolo 6000 jak dobrze pamietam). Przed samym wylaczeniem halasuje tak glosno, ze bez problemu stwierdzam, ze za kilka sekund sie wylaczy.
Jestem na feriach i bede w domu w weekend i wtedy walne screena z everesta. A narazie mogl bys mi napisac gdzie w biosie sie to sprawdza?

No to jednak wychodzi na to że tu procesor sie przegrzewa . Zrób test Orthosem i wstaw z niego screen z temperaturami nie z Everesta!
Jeżeli masz taką możliwość i możesz rozkręcić obudowę to sprawdż czy radiator jest dobrze dociśnięty, jeżeli chcesz wykonać bardziej skomplikowany zabieg to proponuje zdjąć radiator wyjąć procesor wyczyścić go dokładnie ze starej pasty nałożyć nową paste zamocowac dokładnie radiator i włączyć i czekać na efekty.Jak nie będziesz czegoś wiedział to śmiało pytaj się tu na forum.

PS. Wiatrak od procesora dlatego tak hałasuje bo procesor ma za wysoką temperature i wiatrak zasuwa na max obrotach i stąd ten hałas

dzieki wielkie StelioS.. plomb nie mam a serwisant z firmy tez mi mowil zebym smialo wszystko sprawdzil. Robilem to wiele razy tylko na starszych kompach wiec problemu nie bedzie. Jak wroce z ferii odrazu wszystko rozkrece i naloze paste tylko musze kupic bo nie dali mi w zestawie.. Jaka paste proponujesz? (zakupie w komputroniku). Nie znam tego Orthosa ale chyba szybko go zalapie. obroty dam na maxa i wkleje screena.. jak by co bede pytal. jeszcze raz dzieki..
ps: a na temp. twardziela pisze trial version ale w serwisie gosc sprawdzal innym programem i mowil ze jest ok.

Jeszcze jak cos to tu jest program do sprawdzenia temperatury karty graficznej http://www.programos...gram,gpu-z.html tylko uruchom najpierw ten programnaj i gre na której występują te problemy i za nim komputer zdąży się wyłączyć to zobacz temperature.

w domu juz jestem, wlasnie pierwszy test poscilem orthosem tylko kurcze robi mi sie juz 90 minut i konca nie widac ( nie wiem czy to tyle ma trwac czy cos jest nie tak). porobie testy tymi programami i wrzuce tu screeny.
