TEST ENGINEER - ACTIVE SAFETY

Workplace: Częstochowa

 

 

Product Overview:

 

ZF TRW's advanced camera solutions provide active safety systems such as Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Following Distance Indication (FDI), Lane Keeping assistance (LKAS), Autonomous Emergency braking (AEB) and Lane Departure Warning (LDW). These functions are realized with a forward- looking monocular or stereo camera mounted at the windshield.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze of project documentation(e.g. system requirements, system architecture, system design) ;
• Design test specification based on system descriptions ;
• Implement automated test scripts in scripting language ;
• Assure the coverage of system requirements ;
• Prepare and maintain high quality test documentation ;
• Execute automated and manual tests of camera based Driver Assistance Systems ;
• Collect test result and report problems ;
• Work with tools supporting test activity (e.g. change request database, configuration management system, automated test environments) ;
• Regular communication with global project team ;
• Participate in development of automated test environment- HIL  ;
• Perform test drive in vehicle.

 

Requirements:

• Degree in electronics, computer sciences, software engineering or similar domain, mathematics, physics are also accepted ;
• Knowledge of script programming languages (e.g. Python, PERL, bash ) or C language ;
• Elementary knowledge of software testing ;
• Good English skills ( spoken and written) ;
• Very good problem solving and analytical skills.
