REQUIREMENTS - MUST HAVE:
- Passion for solving problems
- Strong portfolio of completed design work (desktop and mobile)
- Strong team player
- UX&UI projects of SaaS applications
- 2-3 years of experience working in HCI, Usability, UI Design, Interaction Design
- Experience and examples of Informations Architecture building
- Experience of building and working on UI Guidelines!
- HCD (UCD) process understanding
- Pixel-Perfect design!
- Representing newest UX and UI trends
REQUIREMENTS - NICE TO HAVE:
- Design Thinking Methodology
- Project argumentation and presentation skill
- Prototyping habit
- User boarding projects
- Animations Design tool (eg.: Principle, Proto.io, Pixate, Origami)
- Design process moderator experience
- Service Design projects
- Understanding of Cognitive and Perception UI building
- Bachelor of Architecture / Industrial Design / Interior Design
- Understanding of HTML and CSS basics
